@GRD111 In the end after numerous attempts to link the main Sky Q box to the virgin Hub wirelessly , it eventually came up with a choice to link the box via another broadband provider . Once it linked the main box to the WiFi, I was then able to link the other boxes in the usual way with the WPS button.
